Memorial Day Parade

The Town of Mansfield hosts an annual parade on Memorial Day. The Town is honored to have veterans and active duty personnel march at the head of the parade each year.

John E. Jackman Tour de Mansfield

The John E. Jackman Tour de Mansfield offers a fun way to explore Mansfield’s historic villages, scenic roads, and new downtown! Choose from three different routes around town, all of which begin and end at the Mansfield Community Center. Enjoy riding around Mansfield at your own pace, and build camaraderie with fellow cycling enthusiasts while sharing a group lunch following the rides. 

The Tour is presented annually by the Town of Mansfield, Mansfield Downtown Partnership, and the Mansfield Community Center.

Celebrate Mansfield Festival

Held annually in the fall, the Celebrate Mansfield Festival is not only the Mansfield Downtown Partnership’s largest event of the year, it’s the largest community event in town!  

The Festival features hands-on activities for all ages, food from local restaurants, and a variety of entertainment.

Save the date: The 17th Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival will be Saturday, Sept. 26 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Downtown Storrs!

Small Business Saturday

On the Saturday following Thanksgiving, Mansfield residents and visitors are invited to get out and "Shop Small!" Support small, locally-owned businesses in Mansfield on this day and all year-round by shopping and dining locally.
