Book Buddies

Join us for a special installment of Book Buddies in honor of the Jazz & Friends National Day of School & Community Readings in support of transgender & non-binary youth. We'll feature "I am Jazz" and "Julián Is a Mermaid". Book Buddies is a Mansfield Youth Services program where children get paired with a mentor to read a story, discuss the message or theme, and then make a fun craft that goes along with the book. Each participant also leaves with a new book to enjoy at home. Recommended for children up to age 8. Register by contacting Sarah Dufresne at 860-429-3338, or dufresnes@mansfieldct.org.
