Family Fun Night - Wear Red Day!

A heart-healthy lifestyle should start in our youth, but it doesn't have to look like "exercise". Come get that heart pumping with games and activities spread throughout the Center from 3:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 5th. How many baskets can you score in a minute? Can you hop like a kangaroo around the track? Wanna try some yoga? We've got some videos for 'ya! Pop into the Teen Center, meditate in Arts & Crafts, and hopscotch your way through the CC for a scavenger hunt. Make sure to Wear Red, as we learn about and celebrate Heart Health. Free to members! Non-members pay daily admission rate. Day passes not available for the pools. Member pool time requires a reservation.
