Mansfield Public Schools eAlert - Email & Text Messaging System
The Mansfield Public Schools use the QNotify (eAlert) Messaging Service to enhance communication with families via e-mail and cell phone or pager text messaging. You can sign-up to receive notices from your child's school informing you of announcements about school events and groups.
This service is free of charge and signing-up is fast and easy. You can enter e-mail addresses and/or cellular devices. You choose which addresses receive only emergency or priority notifications and which addresses receive all notifications. There is no cost to sign-up for this service (your phone provider's normal text messaging charges will apply if you sign-up your cellular device). Your contact information will never be sold or distributed, and there is no advertising attached to this service.

Directions to Add an Email Address
- Go to http://www.mansfieldct.org/ealerts.
- Type your email address where designated.
- Scroll down the list until you find your child's school (Goodwin, Southeast, Vinton, Mansfield Middle School).
- Check all or some of the boxes for the messages that you would like to receive.
- If you would like to receive Board of Education Agenda and Minutes, check that as well.
- If you have a child in another school, you may check those lists too.
- Click the Join button.
Directions to Add a Pager or Cell Text Messaging Device
- Your phone must be enabled to receive text messages.
- Go to http://www.mansfieldct.org/ealerts.
- Type in your pager or cell phone email address using the format in the chart below these directions.
- Scroll down the list until you find your child's school (Goodwin, Southeast, Vinton, Mansfield Middle School).
- Put a check in the box next to the school's Priority & Emergency Notices. For pagers and cell phone text messaging, we recommend this one list only.
- If you have a child in another school, you may check that priority and emergency notice list as well.
- Click the Join button.
