The Mansfield Downtown Partnership is an independent, non-profit organization comprised of the Town of Mansfield, the University of Connecticut, and individual business members and residents.  The Partnership has been working tirelessly with master developer LeylandAlliance to create a mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented downtown for Mansfield, Storrs Center.  The first phase of Storrs Center is now open!  Learn more about Storrs Center.
