Charter and Town Code of Ordinances Online

The Code of Ordinances of the Town of Mansfield is comprised of the Charter and all special acts and ordinances adopted by the town. It is the duty of the Town Clerk to keep an up-to-date copy of the Code on file for use by the public. The town also contracts with an outside vendor to publish the Charter and Town Code of Ordinances Online. Since there there is a delay until changes to the Code are reflected in the electronic version, only the copy maintained in the Town Clerk's office should be relied upon. Online Citizen Service Request System (Q-Alert)

The town of Mansfield receives complaints, suggestions, praises from citizens through the Citizen Service Request System. A member of our staff will typically respond to your request within three business days. If your request is of a more time sensitive nature, please call us directly using our Department Phone Directory.

Parks & Recreation Online Registration

All activities of the Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department are listed in their online registration system. Residents may search by type of activity, location, age ranges and days offered, among other criteria. After viewing an activity's description, cost and current enrollment count, registered users may sign up and pay securely using a credit card. Click here to access it.

Taxes Pay on-line 

The Town of Mansfield has implemented two online tax payment systems. For those taxpayers who choose to pay on-line with a credit card there will be a 2.75% convenience fee, or $0.35 for ACH transactions. This fee does not go to the town but to the bank for the transaction processing costs.

Paying by electronic checking

Mansfield’s Collector’s Office now accepts electronic checking payments through MCC for a fee of only 35 cents. Taxpayers may register to look up their tax information and make payments on-line. Paying by Credit Card or Debit Card?

If you would like to pay taxes by credit or debit card, please visit Official Payments Corporation at www.officialpayments.com, select local payments, enter your zip code; enter the necessary information including your credit card information and submit the payment. A minimum fee ranging from $3 to $30 will be charged for payments less than $1,000. If over $1,000 a 3% fee will be charged.

We do not accept credit or debit card payments for other services at this time (i.e. refuse, sewer, insurance etc).
