The Town of Mansfield offers residents an easy and secure way to pay their real estate, personal property, and vehicle excise taxes online. Residents may also make sewer and prior year, grand list tax payments online. We support electronic bill presentment (viewing) and payment because it is more convenient for residents and better for the environment.
For Supplemental Motor Vehicle Payments, you may click directly on the payment icon and look up your bill. The number to use in order to look up your bill is located in the center of your statement (example 8xxxx).
For all other bills, paid or unpaid, at this time please click here to look up what you owe. If you would like to pay, click on the payment icon above and use the “Prior Grand List Years” selection in the green box to pay for real estate, motor vehicle (other than 2011 supplemental motor vehicle), and personal property. If you want to pay for refuse, use the refuse selection in the green box. If you want to pay for sewer, use the sewer selection in the green box.
Please note: You can only register for motor vehicle supplemental bills at this time. To do this, find your bill using the bill number found in the center of your statement (example 8xxxx), select it and click on register selected invoice. You can only do one at a time.
Online payments will incur a convenience fee. The Town of Mansfield receives only your payment amount. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable. The convenience fee amount is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your credit card or bank statement.
- The convenience fee when using an Electronic Check (deducted from checking/savings) is $1.95.
- The convenience fee when using a Credit Card is 2.95% with a minimum of $1.00.

Assessor's Information/Municipal GIS
Mainstreet GIS provides online access to Mansfield's geographic information. Geographic information available at this time includes:
- Property information including aerial photos and town parcel
- Name, address and parcel search
- Map markup; distance and area measurement
- Printing or exporting to Adobe PDF format
Charter and Town Code of Ordinances Online
The Code of Ordinances of the Town of Mansfield is comprised of the Charter and all special acts and ordinances adopted by the town. It is the duty of the Town Clerk to keep an up-to-date copy of the Code on file for use by the public. The town also contracts with an outside vendor to publish the Charter and Town Code of Ordinances Online. Since there there is a delay until changes to the Code are reflected in the electronic version, only the copy maintained in the Town Clerk's office should be relied upon. The town of Mansfield receives complaints, suggestions, praises from citizens through the Citizen Service Request System. A member of our staff will typically respond to your request within three business days. Parks & Recreation Online Registration
All activities of the Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department are listed in their online registration system. Residents may search by type of activity, location, age ranges and days offered, among other criteria. After viewing an activity's description, cost and current enrollment count, registered users may sign up and pay securely using a credit card. Click here to access it.
