ECSU Student’s Guide to Off-Campus Living. This guide provides an overview of what to expect living off-campus as well as general rules and responsibilities. References to community regulations and laws are specific to Windham and are not applicable in Mansfield. Eastern students living in Mansfield may want to review UConn’s guide for a quick overview of Mansfield requirements.
UConn Off-Campus Housing Guide. Published annually by UConn Off-Campus Student Services, this guide provides information on your rights and responsibilities as a renter as well as an overview of Mansfield ordinances.
UConn Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS). OCSS serves as an advocate for students as well as a centralized resource for off-campus living.

UConn Off-Campus Housing Website. This website provides an on-line database of available off-campus housing. Please note that just because a property is advertised with a certain number of bedrooms doesn’t mean that you can have that many roommates. Check the legal maximum occupancy of the unit before you sign a lease. If you are living in a unit with more unrelated occupants than allowed, you may be required to move mid-semester.
