Town of Mansfield
The Town of Mansfield has an anticipated vacancy for a full-time Administrative Analyst with its Fire and Emergency Services Department. The Administrative Analyst is a generalist position providing human resources, financial management, analytical and administrative support to the Fire Chief and the Department. Sample duties include: assisting with payroll and scheduling; budgeting and procurement; grants management; conducting analytical work and special projects; overseeing the ambulance billing system; and assisting with volunteer management.
Salary range $24.42-$31.06/hr with a comprehensive benefits package. The selected candidate will occasionally work evenings and/or weekends to accommodate Departmental meetings and work during inclement weather and emergency events.
Candidates should possess a minimum of an associate’s degree in human resources, public administration, business administration or a related field supplemented by progressively responsible human resources, business administration, or medical office management experience. The selected candidate must have the ability to maintain confidential information and records.

Lifeguards and Swim Instructors
Mansfield Parks & Recreation is currently accepting applications for American Red Cross Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to join our team to start immediately at Mansfield Community Center. All applicants must be certified in ARC Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid, both Waterfront and Water Safety Instructor certifications preferred. Pay rates are $10.60-$11.72 for lifeguards and $11.41-$12.61 for certified swim instructors. The Town of Mansfield Parks and Recreation Department is seeking professional Private Music Lesson Instructors for a variety of instruments, including voice, to provide individual and semi-private music lessons to children and adults. Duties may include but are not limited to: providing weekly comprehensive music lessons, participating in recitals, and scheduling of lessons. Successful applicants will have prior experience teaching music lessons or have equivalent education. Hours include weekday evenings and some weekends. This is a part-time, hourly position with no benefits. Application review will begin immediately. Positions open until filled. Pay range is $35.00 - $45.00/hr based on experience and education.
