Mansfield’s northern gateway is expected to be a focus for redevelopment in the coming years thanks to recent state and local investments:

  • Located at the intersection of Route 44 and Route 195, and only 16 miles from Route 84, it is ideally located for any business

  • Serves as the northern gateway to UConn and the new UConn Tech Park

  • Extension of public water service is underway and expected to be complete in August 2016

  • Funding for extension of sanitary sewer system has been approved; permitting is underway and construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2016 with an estimated completion date of winter 2017
