Summer Concerts on the Square
Thursdays in June and July
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
The Partnership hosts a great and varied line-up of bands for the Summer Concerts on the Square. All of the shows will take place on the stage of Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Pavilion on Betsy Paterson Square.

 Nutmeg Summer Series
The Connecticut Repertory Theatre's Nutmeg Summer Season brings theatrical magic to Storrs each summer. Planning is in the works for the 2017 season, which will be led by Broadway legend Terrence Mann!

 E. O. Smith Music Department Spring Concert

John E. Jackman Tour de Mansfield
Saturday, June 17
7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
The 12th Annual John E. Jackman Tour de Mansfield is presented by the Town of Mansfield, Mansfield Community Center, and the Partnership. Featuring three different routes of varying lengths, the Tour is a great way to see Mansfield by bike, whether you are an experienced cyclist or just getting started!

  Kidsville Summer Kickoff! presented by Educational Playcare

Children of all ages are invited to kick-off the summer vacation with a performance by local legends Kidsville Kuckoo Revue! Bring your dancing shoes and your imagination for a fun-filled performance of childhood favorite tunes!

 Summer Family Fun Nights
Come by the Mansfield Community Center for some fun at this summer’s Family Fun Nights. There are inflatables in the gym, and in the pool, ping pong, Tot Toys, Puzzles, Community Room Drop-In Games, open gym, the fitness area is open for kids ages 12 and 13 with their parents, poolside basketball and more! No pre-registration required.            

There is no fee for Community Center Members. Nonmembers just need to pay the daily fee and see what the fun is all about. Off-peak members pay ½ the daily fee.

Saturday, June 24: 4.40 - 7.30 PM
Friday, July 7: 4.00 - 7.00 PM | Fun at the Pond! (At Bicentennial Pond)

Artists Live

Artists Live is a visual arts program, which features award-winning Connecticut artists in month-long exhibitions in the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center. The exhibits open the first Friday of each month from March through December, except for August. Local artist Kathleen Zimmerman, who partnered with the Mansfield Downtown Partnership for this project, was awarded the State of Connecticut’s Office of the Arts Regional Arts Grant to create this program. Ms. Zimmerman hosts a free reception and discussion with the featured artist on the last Friday of each month.

 Moonlight Movies
            The Partnership's popular free movie series returns for its second year with an expanded schedule! Moonlight Movies will take place twice a month in July and August and will feature family friendly titles.

 Family Paint Nights

Bring your family or friends and paint together at Mansfield Community Center’s family friendly Paint Nights. Participants will learn about a famous artist with a birthday in that month and create a painting inspired by their art. Each participant will take home a 16"x20" painted canvas.

Storrs Farmers Market
Storrs Farmers Market is open every Saturday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM on the front lawn of the Mansfield Town Hall from May through November. Since 1994, Storrs Farmers Market has provided fresh, CT Grown foods for the greater Mansfield community. Storrs Farmers Market begins its 23rd season on Saturday, May 6.
