The Assessor has finalized the October 1, 2023 Grand List. Pursuant to the provision of Section 12-55 of the General Statues of the State of Connecticut, assessment increase notices have been mailed to real and personal property owners, February 1, 2024.
In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Section 12-111, property owner's have the right to appeal this assessment to the Board of Assessment Appeals. Appeal forms are available on their page of the town's website and must be filed with the Board of Assessment Appeals by February 20, 2024. POSTMARKS NOT ACCEPTED.
