We're excited to welcome UConn's University Ballet Company to the Library with an introduction to their upcoming performance of "Sleeping Beauty."
Dancers in costume will present an excerpt from the ballet, and explain the story. They will also teach some basic dance steps and be available for pictures with budding dancers and dance fans!
The University Ballet Company is a student-led company founded by senior Angelia Prip. Many of them have been dancing for years and some have trained with major companies. But they also welcome anyone with a curiosity and love for dance, from beginners to experienced dancers. Please join us as they share their love of dancing with us!
