The Mansfield Inland Wetlands Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 18, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., Mansfield, CT to hear comments on the application of The J.E. Shepard Company and Capstone Collegiate Communities (File #W1611) to construct a 358-unit multi-family development in 11 residential buildings at 1621 Storrs Road and Middle Turnpike (Assessor’s Parcel IDs 9.23.1, 9.23.7 and 9.23.8).
At this hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Mansfield Planning Office.
