VolunTEENs (Teen Summer Volunteers)
The Mansfield Public Library is looking for teens (ages 12+) to join the Library’s Teen Summer Volunteer Program (VolunTEENs). Teen volunteers will help prepare crafts/science projects and play with children during family programs. To sign up and receive more information, interested teens should complete this Google Form.

Teen Volunteers will be asked to help with:
- Preparing program supplies, such as crafts and science experiment materials.
- Supporting MPL’s weekly Wonder Workshop program by interacting with children during indoor/outdoor play time, crafts, & science experiments.
- Maintaining the Children’s Area by picking up toys/puzzles, organizing coloring sheets, restocking new book displays, etc.
**All interactions with children and families will be directly supervised by MPL’s Youth Services Librarians.**
When can you volunteer?
We are looking for Teen Volunteer support during these specific events, and will have details on more volunteer opportunities available soon!
- Weekly Wonder Workshops: Every Thursday (Volunteering from 3:00PM-5:30PM)
- Summer Kick-Off Party: Saturday June 21 (Volunteering from 10:30AM-2:30PM)
- Ice Cream Social: Saturday August 16 (Volunteering from 10:30AM-1:30PM)
- + a variety of dates & times!
