How do I report a pothole, downed guiderail, drainage issue, etc. on Town Roads?: The Department's page website has a link to Mobile 311, our Citizen Request system. A login and password can be created specifically to you and will allow you to report a problem to the Department of Public Works. You can also call the Department of Public Works at 860-429-3331.

1. Does the Town fix mailboxes if hit during a snowstorm?: If a mailbox is damaged due to a plow hitting it, the Town will replace. If a mailbox is damaged from snow coming off the plow, the Town will not replace. The Department will access the damage.
