Friday is Wear Red Day, and we're joining in the fun! Show your spirit (and support for heart health) by wearing red! That's it! Could it be more easy?
Join us from home - send in a photo (to ronteykb@mansfieldct.org) of your red-flare-spirit-wear as you workout, or prep your heart healthy meal from home. Don't forget to check out our FREE Fitness and Workout Videos, always available on our website!
Also, put your red on and get your heart pumping with a FREE global dance fitness class on Wear Red Day at noon. It's a virtual dance party with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Register here.
Get Out with the Family for Heart-Pumping Fun at Family Fun Night!
A heart-healthy lifestyle should start in our youth, but it doesn't have to look like "exercise". Come get that heart pumping with games and activities spread throughout the Center from 3:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 5th.
How many baskets can you score in a minute? Can you hop like a kangaroo around the track? Wanna try some yoga? We've got some videos for 'ya! Pop into the Teen Center, meditate in Arts & Crafts, and hopscotch your way through the CC for a scavenger hunt.
If the snow holds and is pliable enough, join us in front of the CC during Family Fun Night for snowman building and painting! Come in your snow gear - we'll cover the rest!
Make sure to Wear Red, as we learn about and celebrate Heart Health. Free to members! Non-members pay daily admission rate. Day passes not available for the pools. Member pool time requires a reservation.
