My name is Steve. I dedicated myself to sharing the joy of music through both teaching and performing. Playing guitar has brought me countless hours of happiness, and it is my mission to pass that same inspiration on to my students. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, I have taught at the collegiate level as well as in private and community settings around the Boston Metro area and Willimantic, giving me the opportunity to guide students of all ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced players exploring new styles.

Fluent in genres like rock, blues, jazz, and folk, I help students explore diverse musical styles while building strong foundations in technique, rhythm, and theory. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, creativity, and making lessons both structured and enjoyable. Music is not just about notes and chords—it’s about expression, connection, and joy.

Whether your goal is to strum your first chords, write songs, or perform confidently, I guide you every step of the way, helping you unlock your musical potential and enjoy the lifelong rewards of playing guitar.
