Mobile Printing

Use your smartphone, tablet, home computer, or laptop to print emails, PDFs, Microsoft documents, web pages, and more by sending a mobile print request to the Mansfield Library’s printer. Click here to see what types of files you can print.

After you send your mobile print request, call the library at 860-423-2501 to confirm your request has been received. Library staff will print your document and place it in a sealed envelope for you to pick up.

  • Up to 10 free pages per print request.
  • Please call the library at 860-423-2501 prior to picking up your documents.
  • Please call the library within 4 hours of sending your print request.
  • It may take up to 15 minutes for your print job to show up in our print queue.

There are three ways to send a mobile print request. Once your print request has been sent, a staff member will release your print job.

Print from the Mobile Printing Website

  1. Access the mobile print website.
  2. Choose a printer (Color or Black and White)
  3. Enter your email address (This is how we will identify your print jobs).
  4. Browse your computer to select the file or insert the URL you wish to print.
  5. Click the green printer button to send the print request.
  6. Call the library at 860-423-2501 to confirm your request.

Forward from your email account

To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to the Mansfield Public Library’s mobile printing email address. Using this method sends a print request for the body of the email message and a separate print request for attachments.

  1. Create a new email message
  2. Attach your document (or documents) to the email
  3. For black & white: Send the email to mpl-mainbranch-blackandwhiteprinter@printspots.com
  4. For Color: Send the email to mpl-mainbranch-color@printspots.com
  5. Call the library at 860-423-2501 to confirm your request.
