Reserve a Digital Museum Pass

Digital reservations are available for some museum passes. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • You must have a valid Library card to reserve a museum pass.
  • Digital passes are valid for one day and expired passes will not be honored at the museum when you visit. 
  • You may reserve up to two museum passes a day.
  • You may reserve and print a pass up to 60 days in advance. 
  • All of our digital museum passes are print on demand. Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email with the subject line “Museum Pass Confirmation” which will contain the link to your printable pass.
  • Please call the museum for current hours of operation and admission policies before you reserve your visit. 

How to reserve a digital museum pass:

  • Visit https://www2.museumkey.com/ui/?code=mansct06250 to search for a museum pass.
  • Click on the name of the museum you would like to visit. You can also search by date to see which museums are available on a specific day.
  • Select the date you want to reserve your pass for.
  • Enter your Library card number and PIN (Your PIN is the same number you use to access your library card account online).
  • Make sure your email address is correct. This is how you will receive the printable pass. This is NOT an admission ticket to the museum.
  • Click “Yes – Next Step”
  • Click “Yes – Place Reservation”
  • You can now print the pass from this screen.
  • You will also receive an email with the subject line “Museum Pass Confirmation” that will also have the link to the printable pass.
  • If you cannot print at home, you can still reserve the pass/coupon and request Library staff print it for you.
  • You may reserve and print a pass up to 60 days in advance. 
  • If you lose or forget to print the pass, you can access your reservations from your MuseumKey account (click “My Account” in the top right hand corner). Library staff can also print museum passes for you.
