Online payment available only with proof of current rabies vaccination. Minimum $1.00 vendor service fee applies. License and tag(s) will be mailed to your address on file after payment and related documentation have been verified. Pay online here.
Submit a New Dog Registration Form or register in person in the Town Clerk’s Office.
Rabies Vaccine Requirement
The rabies vaccine must be 1) current at the time of licensure AND 2) not expire before 7/1/2022. A dog cannot be licensed in the State of Connecticut until the Town Clerk has received the correct fees AND has received documentation of valid rabies vaccination.
New rabies vaccination documentation (photo, PDF etc.) may be emailed to email@example.com.
If the rabies vaccine expiration date on the reminder postcard you received from the Town Clerk is current, no further proof of rabies vaccine is required.
A dog cannot be licensed in the State of Connecticut until the Town Clerk has received the correct fees AND has received documentation of spay/neuter, if applicable.
New spay/neuter documentation (photo, PDF etc.) may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
